🚚 Shipping Notice
Due to a high volume of orders, some shipments may experience brief delays. Most orders are shipped within the timeframe of the selected shipping method:

Expedited: 1–5 business days

Xpresspost: 1–2 business days
Delays, if any, typically do not exceed 1–2 extra business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to appear in Canada Post’s system.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
⚠️ Shipping Scam Warning
We ship primarily via Canada Post, and in some cases, UPS or Purolator.
Be aware: If someone contacts you requesting additional payment to release your package, this is a scam. Do not respond. You will never be asked to pay anything beyond the checkout total unless:

You are located outside of Canada, and

There is a discrepancy in international shipping rates or you are required to pay import duties or taxes.

We highly recommend purchasing Route Shipping Insurance at checkout. Route covers:

Stolen packages (e.g., from doorsteps or lobby areas)

Items damaged during shipping
Coco Ronin is not responsible for stolen or damaged shipments once delivered. Route coverage is approximately 1% of your order total and offers an extra layer of protection for your peace of mind.

Shipping rates are calculated by Canada Post using our dispatch postal code: K1T 3V2.

Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days, though some may take up to 5 business days. If an item is out of stock, your order may be held until all items are available. You are responsible for monitoring your order status. We will contact you if your order is delayed beyond one week.
Shipping Adjustments:
Coco Ronin reserves the right to request additional shipping charges if the actual cost significantly differs from the website estimate (±$2). If the customer refuses to pay the difference, the order will be canceled and fully refunded.

Returns must be:

Reported within 30 days of delivery

Unused and in original packaging with all accessories

Shipped at the customer’s expense
A 15% restocking fee applies to cover handling and processing.

⚠️ Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
💸 Refund Policy
We offer full refunds if:

Your order is canceled within 24 hours

Items are out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
For partial out-of-stock items, we will refund the missing item once the rest of the order has been delivered.
If any item is missing or damaged during transit, we will offer a replacement or refund. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, no replacements or refunds will be issued.
Route insurance, if purchased, is non-refundable.

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

Coco Ronin is a reseller and does not offer post-use warranties. We guarantee only that:

Items will arrive securely packaged and in new condition
We do not cover damage that occurs after use, including:

Corrosion, chipping, discoloration, peeling, or breakage
Please review product descriptions and user reviews before purchasing.

Route is a third-party insurance provider that offers:

Real-time tracking

Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged items
If you selected Route during checkout:

Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery

Provide photo evidence of damage

Only the damaged component will be replaced (e.g., a broken hookah vase, not the full hookah)
Route protection is non-refundable if the order is canceled after purchase.
You are responsible for submitting and managing your claim with Route.
